I'm an Austin-based Product Designer with a business background who enjoys working in complex problem spaces. I focus on systems-level thinking and practical execution, helping teams move from high-level ideas to products that are clear, scalable, and easy to use. Outside of work, I'm usually mountain biking, gaming, or spending time with friends.
As Lead Product Designer at Haven Servicing, I partnered closely with the founding team to bring structure and clarity to a growing fintech platform. My work focused on product strategy, service design, and execution across complex loan-servicing workflows. I led roadmap definition, designed future-state product visions, and improved borrower-facing experiences by addressing key friction points in authentication, self-service, and support. I also spearheaded AI-enabled support systems, including a chatbot and knowledge base, and supported high-visibility partner launches for a platform serving over 500K users.
At SkillsEngine, I led end-to-end product design for core platform features during a period of rapid growth. My work supported significant increases in user acquisition and engagement by grounding design decisions in product discovery, user research, and validation. In addition to shipping features, I helped establish research workflows, refined the design system, authored core design principles, and mentored junior designers to strengthen craft quality and systems thinking across the team.
At Orchard, I worked as a Senior Product Designer in a fast-paced environment, contributing to internal communication tools used by operational teams. I designed and shipped chat and notification features that improved communication efficiency and contributed to higher customer satisfaction. The role required rapid onboarding, close collaboration, and delivery under tight timelines across complex internal workflows.
At Cision, I served as the lead designer for the Media Relations Management pillar, owning design direction for one of the company's core revenue-driving product areas. My work included designing and shipping improvements to key workflows, such as a redesigned list-import experience that significantly reduced user friction and support issues. I also represented Cision externally as a speaker at Austin Design Week, sharing perspectives on storytelling and future-state product design.
